I agree with the poster above me, that is good advice. The only info I could find is that it is made by Intex out of Xaimen, China - so right off the bat it is suspect to be a typical generic PSU that is overrated.
I am willing to bet a high-quality 400W unit will beat it as far as "continuous" power, for example:

These are "true" 400w units that have a +12v combined capacity of 360W http://c1.neweggimages.com/NeweggImage/productimage/17-151-061-06.jpg (which probably is higher than the Intex brand unit), and seasonic needs no defending the quality of it's units. The intex brand *may* rate theirs with "max or "peak" wattage which is very misleading since it cannot hold that power for over 1 second. A "true" wattage rating is based on continuous power output, and usually verified by some sort of load testing.
What I usually recommend is going to a reputable PSU calc http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp and getting the max watts of your system, then finding a unit that has a +12v combined max close to your total system wattage. This way you have a unit that is guaranteed to either last a long time or have some capacity for some mild system upgrades. My reason for this, modern PCs draw both CPU and GPU power from the +12v rails and it is what the atx v2.x specification is all about. I tend to ignore the total watts completely and focus specifically on the +12v capacity.
So if you get 360W (or less 
in the PSU calc, either of those Seasonic SS units will work very well.
