Bad effects of electricity in LCD Monitor!?

Monitors LCD is not affected by magnetism or magnetic fields, which was the weakness of the Old CRT type monitors. Since you have tried different video and power cables, and almost everything else that most people would say, then, that's not the problem. But I think that can pinpoint the problem arises when you said you do not have "low line". I'm not sure how to install wiring 220v there, but are an essential basis for computer equipment to maintain a certain voltage ground reference between the computer and peripheral devices. An AC power source or a voltage regulator because the whole team can be connected to help considerably as would give them all the same ground potential. Another solution would be carefully platform a ground wire between the monitor and the computer that also can help. You could also try wiring in a real ground electricity cables independently of normal there. Best of luck.
