How to install external voltage regulator on 91 Dodge Dakota with v8engine?
I heard that you could do this instead of replacing a controller the engine to get the alternator to charge the battery. Regulator install old style Ford, but I do not know what the wiring should be. any help appreciated
In my experience is the ignition swith is usually the culprit if a battery is charged and the alternator is putting out now at the source. Do not even attempt do you suggest?
